Companies that manage to survive in the midst of many competitors are result human resources who play an important role it. This study aims explain mediating job satisfaction influence organizational justice on citizenship behavior. The this research was conducted Green Kubu Cafe. population were 61 Cafe employees. method determining sample uses Non-Probability Sampling with census where entire will be selected used as a sample. data collection carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires measured 49 indicators using Likert scale. analysis technique is path sobel test. results showed had positive significant effect satisfaction, behavior, partially able mediate If Café employees increases, arise encourage emergence OCB employees.
